it's been a few months since I have posted something. so I thought I would bring you all up to speed. or mostly... as you all remember I was pregnant with my third child. and We came thru all that beautifully! we had a healthy, bouncing baby boy on May 19, 2010 at 7:46p. he was 7.52 pounds and 19 inches long. So I have been a little busy relearning how to take care of a newborn. he is beautiful and so smart. He's my chunky monkey! I am so excited that he is here and healthy and very,very happy! my best news is he's been sleeping thru the night for almost a month! in four days he's four months old.
I love the learning experience and another child to introduce new and wonderful things. too much fun for all of us in the future!

Emawkc, it was not you I was directing my comments too. Honestly, yours are the kindest I have heard. I must say there were some that are truly excited for me but MOST are the total negative. One woman said to me well, I hope that baby isn't born with down syndrome or has autism because you are so OLD. other comments are you gonna get rid of it cuz you are so OLD.. that is the negativity that I have been getting.

I am sorry if I unintentionally directed it to you or if you thought that.
I have been trying to get to that LESS stress more positive attitude with my life and it seems everything that is stressful in my life comes from work. not my family or even my extended family.

So, Emawkc I graciously accept your kindness. I thank you for your explanation. Even though it's not necessary I needed to blow off some steam from the old biddies that I work around.

it's is a blessing/miracle. but trust me I am not going to turn this blog into a look at me and baby growing kinda crap that all new mommies do with their blogs. it's like they are pimping their babies. that is just boring and eewww. yah, I am pregnant.
woot it's not something worse than cancer or whatever. so, don't think that it's a bad thing.
I have had many, many people tell me thank god it's not me. and all I want to say is thank you for all the negativity you are giving me. I just want to run and hide from the world because of these people. these are the kind of people that would abort a embryo at the first sign of a birth defect or just cause its their time to be selfish. but they are totally against abortion.
HYPOCRITES I say!!

Hello again!
after a very long extensive bout of insanity I have decided to come back to blogging. I am sorry that I missed so many months, but there has been nothing much to say or even chat about in my life but boring and all so normal insanity.
I have many new things to bitch, grip and maybe even laugh about. I think I might start it off with a HUGE bomb!

here goes.

I been sick for about 2 months now. going to doctors and seeing specialists. As much as I really hate the medical field and most of the peoples that work in that said field. *no offense to those if there are any readers out there that are med techs of one thing or another* it's just a bunch of guessing until the right test is given and analyzed before the diagnosis is told.
SO.

making this huge bomb even bigger and more exciting I am stalling to tell you what I have been going thru.

So, right side pain and lower right side pain, so bad that I am curled up in a ball, bawling my eyes out makes my dear husband call the doctor and make an appointment asap. there I am being big girl and becoming guinea pig number one. ok no swine flu. no pneumonia. no appendicitis. still in pain but no clue what is wrong with me. let's take a CT scan of the lower abdomen. if anyone has had one of these it's pretty cool until you have to ONLY drink barium sulfate. PUKE!! puke!! PUKE!! of course my barium was berry flavored, so it was like drinking berry flavored chalk. and not just a few ounces of the shit but 1350 milliliters of the crap. and side effects vary in people... DON'T fucking believe a fucking word you read about this shit. diarrhea, and major puking involve with me. so I am thinking everyone in the world is lying when they say I didn't' have any side effect!! BULL SHIT!

ok on with the fun...

inconclusive -- diagnosis basically there is a hardening of the endometerial wall of my uterus. going thru my brains was endometriosis, uterine cancer, really any kind of cancer known to man and the worst of all it's all in my head you really just need to learn to live with the pain.

which brings me to ANOTHER test....

lower abdomen ultrasound.. super cool just drink water for it. I can do that no puking involved. just drink 32 ounces of water in the 2 hours before showing up at the appointment. crap. I never peed so many times before a test LOL and when I finally got to do the test. the sweet lady that did the exam god bless her, she was the marquee De Sade of the ultrasound world.. she was digging into my bladder so many times I was tearing up and thinking I was going to pee my pants so many times. all she said was hmmm aaahh ok how old are you? are you this? are you that?
answered all her questions and then some. She said, hmm ok I am finished here you clean up and sit over there for a few minutes while I call your doctor to see if I need to do anymore tests.. DAMN!! I still know nothing. about a half hour later and 4 more trips to the bathroom. She came back and said okay you can go home. WHAT THE FUCK? okay cool I am outta here.

THREE FREAKING OUT HOURS LATER.......

damn, it's been almost two months since I have logged into this place. I guess I just haven't had anything to talk about. I have been playing alot of online games. Those things take up alot of my spare time. I have been very lucky here lately, I still have a job. I have made ALOT of new online friends! They are a bunch of special people! I purchased a blackberry. My GAWDS, the feeling like haven't needed another phone ever again. Then I got a new laptop. it's beautiful.

I knew David Carradine couldn't have committed suicide. Now hopefully the real story will come out.

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The independent forensics expert who examined David Carradine's body says the actor didn't commit suicide, and Carradine's brothers are asking for understanding as Thai authorities investigate.

Keith and Robert Carradine say they're grateful for the outpouring of support during what they call a "profoundly painful time." In a statement read Thursday in Los Angeles, they also thanked U.S. and Thai authorities for their work.

The family also released a statement from Dr. Michael Baden, who said Carradine's death wasn't a suicide. He said further information from Thailand is needed for a final determination.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I read that. I met Mr. Carradine several years ago. I had gone to GenCon *the gamers orgasm of conventions* 2004 and found out he was there for only a few hours during the day. I TOLD my husband that I was going to stand in line all day if need be just to see him and tell him that I enjoyed his movie and hopefully get an autograph. I had both of my Kill Bill vol. one and Kill Bill vol. two on hand. He signed not only the DVDs but the inserts also. He was such a kind man.
I will miss seeing him in the movies. BUT I will carry those memories of meeting him forever

We don't like redistributive taxes so you can keep them. You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU. Since you hate guns and war, we'll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA and the military. You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnell (You are, however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them).

We'll keep the capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart and Wall Street... You can have your beloved homeboys, hippies and illegal aliens. We'll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEO's and rednecks. We'll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood .

I am finding that time is slipping me by. The dull humdrums of daily living. Ya'll know work and no time for play. For the last few days I have been actually reading and watching NO television. Yah, TV is and as far back as I can remember it's been my baby sitter.
Books a better diversion than most things.
As one who tries not to go with popular trends I usually cave in the end with reluctance. I did with Harry Potter and now with the Twilight series. It is really good. Almost finished with all of them all I have to say is wow.. I can almost identify with Bella too much for a fact..

the others are series of books that I am so excited that they came out I could scream and I gobbled them up and tossed them aside after finishing them. Thank you Ms. Charlaine Harris for giving the world Sookie Stackhouse. And Ms. Kim Harrison thank you so much for giving the world Rachel Morgan.

Officer Suffers Minor Injuries After Chase

A car chase that began in Blue Springs ended with a crash in Independence this afternoon. A Blue Springs officer and the suspect both suffered minor injuries during a subsequent foot chase.

The incident began at 1:50 p.m., when a man stole a white 2006 Ford F-250 in the parking lot of a Wal-Mart at 600 N.E. Coronado Drive, according to Blue Springs Police Sgt. Don Rapp.

Minutes later, officers spotted the stolen vehicle on westbound Interstate 70 at the Woods Chapel exit. They pursued the vehicle into Independence, where the driver lost control of the stolen truck and hit several vehicles at Missouri 291 and Hidden Valley Road.

After a short foot pursuit, the alleged driver was arrested. The injured officer is back on duty tonight, Rapp said.

Yes, I have two more blissful days of vacation left. Have I gone somewhere fun, NO. Why, because I have no money to do anything fun. I have been resting and relaxing in the comfort of my home. The most energetic thing I have done is get over a migraine and somekinda insomnia. Wednesday back to the real world. Do I really sound enthused? HELL no. Though I have been Facebooking and found some games that have lead me astray from my beloved Warhammer. Mafia Wars and Trenton Made are really fun and best part free. But they shall never totally take me away from my Warhammer. *evil obsessed grin*

Questions to those who happen on this little spec of my world... I partake in the evil empire of TimeWarner Cable and to save money I am thinking of switching to another What do ya'll think? Dish Network? DirectTV? AT&T U-Verse? I live don't live in the right area to get Comcast so that option is out.
But I really haven't heard much about any of them. What are the real world pros and cons to satellite tv?? Really swaying towards AT&T because there is a all in one bill and bigger and better DSL for all the geek that are reading the upload for this AT&T is 18mbps and right now I am getting 2mbps.

it's work not a career. I hate when people like me in the retail bidnezz call it a career. As everyone or that one person out there that reads me blog knows that I work for Wal-Mart. I don't dog on Wal-Mart as a whole which by the way is one of the TOP retail stores out there that has made a profit during Christmas.. ANYwhose, I only dog on those that are major STOOPID peoples that work with me.
So, where was I. Oh yeah, Career. Wal-Mart is a career if you make six digits a year, Wal-Mart is a LIFE sentence if you work for minimum wage.
BUT, in my case it's not a career or a life sentence ---- it is Day Care for ADULTS. (I think I am an adult this year. I was told that this year.) Wal-Mart keeps me warm and safe from the outside world for 9 hours a day. It has a bathroom, an area for play *electronics and toys* and they give you sharp things to cut with when you are really bored. BUT the best thing of all you get an allowance after working there two weeks.
So, my reason for blogging today is the fact it occurred to me today that I really love my job. I may really hate some of the idiots that I have to endure.

If anyone is interested in the Watergate Break In and cover-up will know the person dubbed as Deep Throat. I have seen movie and read the book by Bernstein and Woodward called All the President's Men. Then to learn just after reading it that this man, the number two man in the FBI helped these reports to break this story is just astounding. Then he kept the secret for over 30 years it really boggles the mind.

My condolances to his family.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Mark Felt, the mysterious "Deep Throat" source who helped Washington Post reporters Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein crack the Watergate scandal that brought down President Richard Nixon, has died at age 95.
Felt suffered from congestive heart failure but the exact cause of his death at home on Thursday was not immediately known, said the Press Democrat newspaper in Santa Rosa, California, 55 miles north of San Francisco.
In its report on Felt's death, the New York Times called him "the most famous anonymous source in American history."
Felt, the No. 2 official at the FBI when the Watergate case broke, kept his role in the story a secret for 30 years. Only in 2005, at age 91, was his part made public in an article in Vanity Fair magazine written by Felt's family lawyer.
"I'm the guy they used to call Deep Throat," Felt told attorney John O'Connor.
For years, people had speculated and argued about the identity of "Deep Throat," whose name was derived from the title of a popular pornographic movie.
Vanity Fair scooped Woodward and Bernstein, who had promised not to reveal the name of the star source of their 1974 stories until after his death. But within a day of Felt's unveiling, Woodward wrote of his relationship with Felt.
Woodward said he turned to Felt after he and Bernstein wrote about the break-in at the offices of the Democratic National Committee at the Watergate complex in Washington.
"This was the moment when a source or friend in the investigative agencies of government is invaluable," Woodward wrote in the Post. "I called Felt at the FBI ... It would be our first talk about Watergate." Woodward said Felt told him the Watergate case was going to "heat up." He abruptly hung up but then started to provide guidance on the story, Woodward said.
Following a complicated routine, Felt and Woodward would arrange to meet in an underground garage, with "Deep Throat" corroborating information the Post reporters had gleaned from other sources and outlining a government conspiracy.
"Felt believed he was protecting the bureau by finding a way, clandestine as it was, to push some of the information from the FBI interviews and files out to the public, to help build public and political pressure to make Nixon and his people answerable," Woodward wrote.
"He had nothing but contempt for the Nixon White House and their efforts to manipulate the bureau for political reasons."
NIXON'S RESIGNATION
Reporting by the Post and other news organizations on the White House's involvement in the Watergate break-in and other political "dirty tricks" forced Nixon's resignation in 1974.
More than 30 officials would ultimately plead guilty or be convicted, including Attorney General John Mitchell, who served 19 months for conspiracy, obstruction of justice and perjury.
Felt repeatedly denied he was "Deep Throat," even though his position at the FBI made him an obvious candidate, and Nixon himself suspected Felt of leaking to the media.
A character patterned on Felt showed up in the book and movie "All The President's Men," an account by Bernstein and Woodward of their Watergate reporting. Played by Hal Holbrooke, the "Deep Throat" character was seen in the shadows.
This portrayal was true to life, Woodward wrote, because Felt insisted on anonymity and was concerned that phone calls might be tapped.
Last month, Woodward and Bernstein visited Felt in Santa Rosa. It was Bernstein's first meeting with the famous source, who dealt only with Woodward during the Watergate days.
Born on August 17, 1913 in Twin Falls, Idaho, Felt came to Washington as a Capitol Hill staff member and later worked at the Federal Trade Commission before joining the FBI in 1942.
He served in the bureau's espionage section during World War Two and later worked in various field offices and oversaw some of the FBI's early investigations into organized crime.
Felt was appointed deputy associate director, the No. 3 job at the FBI, in 1971, and was disappointed when Nixon named L. Patrick Gray to head the agency after the death of its longtime chief, J. Edgar Hoover, in 1972.

Holiday Time!

Yeah, its time for the wishing of happy holidays and getting fat eating lots of turkey and pies. For myself, I can't stand the holidays except for being with my wonderful family. What I can't stand is the working at holiday time. The people who love to leave their brains at home when they shop for their little families. Oh My Gawd, where do people keep their brains when they Christmas shop. Damn, I think they just walk up and hand their brains to a total idiot at the door and then go and try to shop. May I say the operative word is TRY ..

My theory is that the Big box at the front of most stores is the Toys for Tots campaign. It's actually not for toys per say; it's for all the adult brains. For all the thinking abilities that are inherent are dropped in this box for the future use of children. Hence when older adults get those 'childlike' emotions again. They went and dipped in to the toys for tots box at the front of the stores.

So, just remember don't check your brain at the door of a department store. You may not get yours back.

When a 9 year old boy is BANNED from playing the game he loves because he is too good. This is a pathetic world we are living. When I was a kid WAAAYYY back we had a girl that was an awesome pitcher. She was fast and accurate, no one on the other parents cringed when their children were up against her; worrying about her hurting their kids. In fact it was really cool when someone hit one of her pitches which was a rarity. SO, why inhibit some little guy who happens to be good because the parents are scared for their kids. We visited an air museum that was the home of the Spruce Goose. Very cool place. I would have never realized that the Goose was SO big.

We saw a little bit of everything in one state. It was beautiful. From plains to mountains and the ocean. Very, very beautiful.

Has it been a month since I last posted? Where has the time flown? HI there been busy getting the lemon of a computer fixed and working the Wal-Martian way. I finally have a story. It's been so boring at work this past month same ol' same ol' day in and day out. UNTIL yesterday.

I do receiving, the basic checking in vendors with their product. My all time least favorite, most hated liquor delivery driver came to my backdoor. I greeted him with silence; as usual. He's a smelly, snarky, lying beast of an idiot. Oh, let's name him Tom. Tom looks like a reject from the 30's with a BAAD bowl hair cut. Tom likes to tell stories where he's related to almost everyone that is famous from the President of the United States to Charlie Sheen. He's also said that he is an orphan, he's been a cowboy in Montana and loves to tell prison stories that he's "read" on the net. Enuf background about the asshole.

YESTERDAY, he starts unloading his stock on to a pallet, where I am suppose to check the opened box and scan one item with my computer *aka Telezon*. He uses a box knife to cut the boxes open. When we are not even half way into the invoice he cuts himself. I didn't notice this cuz I really don't care. But I DID notice the smears of blood all over four or five boxes. I cued into this rather quickly. I asked dear ol' Tom, " Did you Cut yourself?" He looks down at his hand and shrugs and wipes the excess blood on to another box on the pallet in my store and keeps on working. I am outraged!!! I then piped up and say "You have to get a band aide! You can't keep on bleeding on all the boxes!" Once again he shrugs and keeps on gathering up boxes. MORE OUTRAGED I am. "I said you have to go and get a band aide! They are in a first aid box on the wall over there!" He shrugs and keeps on working. By this time I am livid. "NO more. I will refuse everything if you don't clean that cut up NOW!" Said I. He finally got a clue. Got a band aide. Did a poor job on putting it on. Then I went to a manager and asked what to do. He said to refuse JUST the Stuff he bled all over. IF it were me I would have put the whole damn load on the truck and kicked his ass outta of my store for life. What a fucking ass this man will always be. Images of a rocket launcher in my hands shoving it up this man's ass and me wickedly grinning as I squeeze the trigger, have popped in my mind many a time when dealing with this man.

It's been a wicked week in the weather. In which I totally love. RAIN, THUNDER, and chaos.
I just hope it's all gone by the weekend cause Saturday is the Rush Concert! Yes, I am going. Took the day off and the day after to get the contact high outta my system. Believe it or not Rush has been together for over 30 years.. WOW.
This will be my third concert. They are exciting to watch and listen to in person.

I had boycotted Sci-Fi channel for several years because they cancled one of my all time favorites shows, Farscape. But the peoples at Sci-fi have almost redeemed themselves. Ti's Friday. Another exhausting week behind me. Nothing exciting happened. Though I did get my yearly evaluation. Let me say, I am not going to get rich working for this company unless I opt for the free lobotomy when you enter into the management program. So, my new yearly stipend has been increased to forty cents. Yeah, it's just so exciting. I can put that down payment on that sweet beach front condo in the Andes. With that the oil companies decided to raise ONCE again the gas prices this very same day to $3.49 a gallon. Here I just barely make $3.00 a hour. Does anyone out there know where a girl can get a good horse to ride to work?? HAPPY DAYS are here again!!!

As I was thinking about fixing dinner tonight and decided on my favorite quick fix, will kill the hunger pangs of fried runny eggs and a slice of toast with a smattering of yellow mustard on the side for more YELLOW. I think I can hear ya'll retching in the background here. OH freakin la tee dah.

I searched and searched my abundance condiments in the frig and found only Brown mustard. My little self thought oh well, it's mustard. Should taste good make it more Gore-met. BOY oh BOY was I wrong at that. please don't do the brown mustard with eggs. I learnt a good lesson tonight. BLECK. my favorite meal has been a ruin't.

As I was reading my bio for this blog. Yes, Smed I do read on occasion. I was a thinking what exactly is middle years? Scratching my head, relocating the fleas around to better surroundings. I started to wonder what makes the middle years? Is it 100 years old the end of your time? If so that would prolly make me 50. No, I am not 50, so that can't be it. I am defiantly not in my middle years. Then I started to think about these new sayings that have been popping up 50 is the new 30 and 90 is the new 70. So if I am 40 does that mean I am in my teens again?? By the gawds I do NOT feel like I am 39+2 anniversaries. Never will and don't want to feel the age I am chronologically suppose to be. So, my Bio is all wrong. I am not as old as I lead to be.

Early one morning a voice, A DEEP DEEP male voice cracked over the intercom with this announcement ----
" Attention Associates, will a member of management come to the time clock."

Yah, you are saying what's so innocuous about that announcement..

Here it is this guy's voice was so deep and so eerie that I dropped a huge stack of papers that I had been filing. This voice sounded like Satan/Death.
If you have ever read the Discworld series by Terry Pratchett you would understand that the Death character would talk in DEEP rumbling capital letters.

Because I had always thought all of the Wall-martians had sold their souls to Satan.

But when this guy rumbled out his request, I thought he was Satan/Death had sold his soul to Wallyland.

As I was talking to friend about the Satan announcement. He said that since Mr. Walton has died, Satan lost his job and sold his soul to Sam. Now poor Satan has to work at Wallyland for the rest of his unnatural life.

Yesterday, I while I was wasting time working at the lovely wallyworld, in which I have plenty of time to listen to wallyland radio and announcements. Most are which very mundane and or not necessary. Until about 2 o'clock.

This was announced.

They announce it twice just in case you don't hear it the first time. I thought I didn't hear what I heard right?? I preceded to go about my wasting time/working.

The operator fell for that one and I can't believe she did. She did it with a wallyland pride. At her expense, I laughed my ass off.

Yah, this has been a freakin fun week for me. I haven't harped on my work for ages, nothing has really happened. Till now. My co-worker, I hear, has come on some hard times. I don't blame her at all. NOT in the least. Its the management team that I work for that F*C*ing sucks. Since my co-worker HAS to be with her family in their time of need, the management team has decided that I need to give up my VACATION day and a day off to do the job I do instead of trying to help me out too with finding someone to work with me or even give me a day off.
I found all this out today from my assistant that is on her day off, calling me from her home. Pretty much begging me to come in tomorrow. I told her I had made plans but I will break them but WHY!!! am I always giving to this company and not getting anything in return.
ALL the while the CO-boss is walking around the store and sees me and just smiles. She ain't got the balls to even talk to me about what is going on and no one would till "Bea" talked to me on the phone. What a shiftless wonder I work for.
And All I get in return is a mere thank you and it's okay to keep the overtime. Generous attitude. do ya' think???
Needless to say they are trying to get me to work Saturday too. Which is my uncle's birthday. I hear ya-- he's your uncle, who cares. Well, Uncle "Joe" is turning 91 years old. They are planing a surprise party for him. He's also a WWII veteran and a survivor of Pearl Harbor. I think he needs a party to celebrate his long and interesting life. I miss too much of my family's life because of this company. I am beginning to really dislike this company that basis' their motto on their care for family.
I said HELL no!!! I am not missing this. They are going to have to find someone to do the job on Saturday.

ok I know I am harping on the racing more than I really wanted too. BUT it's going to be an intresting year. There are so many changes to all my favorite drivers- Let's see if I can get them all straight. HERE GOES----

The 8 car has been the Bud car for many years and Dale Earnheart Jr. has been its driver.

He no longer drives the 8 car. It's this car now and is with whole different team.

Now the number 8 car is driven Mark Martin and it is no longer the BUD car

Tonight is the Bud Shootout. Can't wait to see some racing. From what I have read about the practice sessions, seems like there is going to be some major fun in watching who will to what to whom. it's so weird to hear it's not the Busch Cup anymore. It was hard enough to get my mind around Sprint/Nextel racing instead of Winston Cup. Not sure how to handle the Nationwide Cup Series?? what do ya'll think? and go figure this too--- it's just the Sprint Cup now too. who do they think they are to make all these changes in the names of time honored and time tested names like BUSCH and WINSTON. It hasn't hurt me when I was growing up. what do they think of sheilding us from the dangers of drinking and smoking. I don't know. it's just crazy when big brother is even taking a piss for us.

People reports the onetime "Happy Days" star, 46, wed longtime love Renee Sloan Saturday in Los Angeles during a religious rooftop ceremony that would have been small and intimate if not for the cameras documenting it for the second season of his in-need-of-a-new-title reality show, "Scott Baio is 45 & and Single."

Guests at the ceremony included the couple's month-old baby girl and Sloan's 18-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.

"She is one of the simplest, non-egoed women I've ever met," Baio rhapsodized to Us in July (is "simple" a compliment?). "And the only woman who has not tried to change me."

It's Another Year for a Birthday

Yes, today is my birthday. I wish one wish every December 1st, that it will snow on my birthday and I have only been blessed with that wish maybe 3 times in my 40mumble years. Life in Missouri. BUT this year I got snow 2 days before and they are saying that it might do it some more here and there TODAY. So, I am happy with mother nature this year. Can't complain. Life is good, in my book.

What else am I doing on this fine day other than watching it snow? I and my family are going to see Trans Siberian Orchestra this afternoon

Who know that I was so responsible for the entire shrink of grocery at the Wallyland that I work. Mind you I am a receiver and I do check in most of the product that is sold on the grocery side. BUT ALL OF IT??? Well, some of the management believe that I check in all of the groceries that come into that store and all of the loss is my fault. It's not only a crock of shit; it's a mother load of mother crocks of shit!! If I am responsible for all of it I should have my hands all of it and I haven't. I may take care of .05% of 100% of all the groceries that actually come into the store. So, why am I blowing up and getting all pissed off? I got wrote up for taking a short cut or two to make my job a little easier, which by the way not policy. I don't care that I got wrote up-- I admit I was in the wrong. That's not the problem. The problem is that they essentially told me I was the cause of all the shrink in grocery.
So, I am up grading my status for looking a new job. From picking at the ads here and there to out and out grazing for the perfect job that pays more with respect of the worker. So, if anyone of you out there know of a place that likes a hard worker with a cynical attitude about the general workplace. email me please.

Yes, another Black Friday survived. There should be a Survivor TV show just based on the preparations of the Black Friday sales. Yeah, from both ends of the the scope, like from the retail perspective and the 'Christmas's war hardened shopper'. Get cameras out there that film the planning and fights, right down to the the payout. First one outta a store with only cuts and bruises wins. WHAT a concept. This could be a whole season worth of in your face reality based TV. What do ya think?? Would it be a hit?

Well, here we are all ready for the big day? NOT
I work in grocery could really care less if I see another frozen bird if it flew in and landed on my plate cooked.
All I care about anymore is the peace and quiet of home with family and friends.

In fact who cares about cooking all turkey for TURKEY DAY, the family and I are going to have Ruben samwiches with german potato salad and other fun foods.

This holiday is about giving thanks. So, I am going to give thanks to those who mean most to me. The hubby, the kidlets, and yes, to the best in-laws and the parents that a girl can have in the world. To all my friends that really stuck by me thru thick and thin. I will even give thanks to those who even dislike me because if they didn't have anyone to hate, their piss-poor lives would tragically desolate.

I give thanks to all the troops around the world who are far,far away from their families.

howdy all! it's been 12 days since my last confess I mean post. I am sorry for that but I am still working 6 days a week. I am hoping this is my last week of this nonsense. My new partner is doing great but still needs encouragement. In fact I am almost jealous about how well she is taking in all the stuff that I have been throwing her. There is alot to the job we do other than the obvious. Especially all the bullshit that management is suppose to be doing but pushes it on us. Everyday she is back there with me, she is sounding more and more like me when it comes to complaining about some of the stuff we deal with on a hourly basis. It's quite funny. OK, to me its freakin' hilarious!!

So,

I would like to say congratz to Cara for her 300th post this last week! KUDOS to you! Keep up the good posting!

where have I been??

howdy!
I have been far too long to explode in mental/verbal assault against the vary world that I work! I SO want to launch a fuming, naughty word, physical beating tirade towards my place of work that would make your ears bleed. Unfortunately, I am freakin to g-damn tired to even care about how pissed I am at the simple-minded people they TRY to call management at the store I work. I know if I try to explain why and what has occurred; you would think ohh freakin what a whiner. WHY don't you grow-up and byte the bullet and do your job. and of course I would say yah, I would love to but I am taking the freakin job home with me. I am getting so FU**ing stressed out that I am making myself sick. Yah, I am a whiner and I am tired of bringing the sh*t home with me. I am working 6 days a week not because I want to but because I don't want to come back from a day off with a crap load of mess to clean up which I still come back after one day off. I am working on one of my days of vacation for the very same reason. and which I am going to come back to a huge mess.

Now you are asking why I am whining about all this.

WELL, my partner in crime(work) decided that he wasn't getting what he wanted at the store we work (MORE POWER TO HIM) he transferred to another store to move up in the corporate ladder. SO, while I was on vacation in August he started the transfer process. I came back from vacation and he hit me we the BOMB! Don't get me wrong I am happy for him. But the management took their sweet time in getting someone to replace him. SO, on the day before his leaving they (management) came to him NOT me (the one staying) and told him that the person that was taking his place would be ready to come over on Tuesday and that another person would be training her on what we do so I wouldn't have to train her since I am at a lower pay level than her. OKAY big problem there, the a-hole that WAS suppose to train her didn't know SH*t about what I do and he stayed to train her for less than a hour. YEAH! I am training her. NO fault to her own. It's the sh*t for brains management that has done this to me. THEN they gave her my slow day off so I could show her tons of stuff without alot of people bugging us. Told her to come in and work on my busiest and most stressful day. At wits end here.
THE light is at the end of the tunnel. YES, ok maybe not but it's close. Sixteen days from now I am tripping the light fantastic in that glorious SIN city of Las Vegas. It may not be much that makes me ever so slightly happy that I am going outta town to get away from my work. Going some place that just a few people know me, so I can act of the fool that I love to be.
